A NEW PROJECT CLOSE TO MY HEART:
SEE JOY, FEEL JOY
Mental Health: Let's Talk About It.
Over the years, I have experienced my own struggles with mental health. Like many people, I found that one of the hardest parts wasn’t just the struggle itself, but how difficult it can be to open up and talk about it.
Despite growing awareness, mental health is still something many people hesitate to discuss openly. We worry about judgement, misunderstanding, or simply not finding the right words. We generally have no problem talking about a physical problem that everyone can see, but how can you explain something that is only in your head, something that you feel, but no one can actually see?
That’s why I decided to start a small project that means a lot to me, and I called it See Joy, Feel Joy.
The goal of this project is simple but meaningful: to create items that encourage people to pause, reflect, connect with others, and ultimately, create a more open and kinder environment.

🙂 Why “See Joy, Feel Joy”?
Joy is not always big or life-changing.
It’s often found in the little things:
- a kind message
- a moment of calm
- a reminder that we are not alone
The idea behind See Joy, Feel Joy is to spark conversations around mental wellbeing and to gently encourage people to bring more awareness, kindness, and positivity into everyday life.
🥳 The Shop is Now Live
I’m excited (and frankly, a little nervous!) to say that the See Joy, Feel Joy shop is now live on Etsy.
I’m hoping my products will serve as conversation starters, gentle reminders, and small sparks of joy that people can carry with them or share with others.
Whether it’s something you keep for yourself or give as a thoughtful gift, the hope is that each item brings a moment of connection and encouragement.
